Cheesecake Factory: Nutrition Information

The Cheesecake Factory is one of our favorite places to go out to eat to celebrate birthdays, or for a fun night out. A few years ago I was looking for nutrition information for their menu & realized that it is nowhere to be found.  Their official website states that:

At this time, we do not provide nutritional information for our menu selections on our website. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Everything on our menu is made in-house on a daily basis so that we can maintain the highest food quality standards.

I’m sure all of that is true, but most of the menu items are also extremely high in calories.  Which is fine once in a while, but if you’re curious about it like I was, I have something you might like.

A couple years ago we took a trip to Los Angeles & went to the Cheesecake Factory there, where the law requires all restaurants to provide nutrition information. I took some photos of it, & here they are 🙂

There have been a few additions to the menu in the past two years, but most of it is the same 🙂

Enjoy!

How depressing and also enlightening. My favorite is Pumpkin Cheese cake….how could it be 739 calories…dessert???

This is such an old post so I’m not sure if this will be seen but do you know if the calorie amount for the specialties includes the sides that they’re served with?

Hi! I do not know, but would guess that if it’s included in the menu description it should be included in the listed calories? Sorry I couldn’t be more help!
