Banana-Cream
This is a dessert reminiscent of ice cream, but way healthier. When I’m craving something cold & sweet after dinner, this always does the trick.
Ingredients:
(per person – for more people, double, triple, etc. the ingredients)
1 banana
1-2 tsp cocoa powder
Squirt of vanilla
Bigger squirt of honey
Almond milk (enough to blend smooth)
Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into individual serving dishes & freeze 2-3 hours.
If you freeze longer than about 3 hours, put them in the fridge an hour or so before serving, or it will be too solid to eat.
