Christmas at Disney

Last Friday we took our annual Christmas trip to Disney. It was a blast. If you’ve never been to Disney at Christmastime, you’ve got to do it. Ideally before mid-December and avoiding the week of thanksgiving, unless you like crowds. But Disney at Christmas is truly magical. The parks have a whole different look (parts start decorating in August to get everything ready in time!) There are special Christmas shows, parades, and all kinds of fun.

We started out at Epcot.

Each country in Epcot has a performer who tells about how they celebrate Christmas in their country. It is so much fun. Norway is our favorite, with Julenissen, the Christmas barn elf ๐Ÿ™‚DSC_0339DSC_0370 There was a really cool Frozen exhibit in Norway, too, featuring real artifacts that inspired styles in the movie.ย DSC_0372DSC_0383After dark we made our way over to Hollywood Studios for the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.ย DSC_0404Alia was tired <3DSC_0440DSC_0408DSC_0454DSC_0410Merry Christmas!
