We celebrated Alia’s 2nd birthday Sunday and had so much fun. Here are some photos from her special day <3

We started with a breakfast tea party in the backyard. It’s the only time of day nice enough to eat outside, so we did 🙂

Faithy made flower crowns for the girls to wear for the party. Alia enjoyed opening all her “presents!” We had a little lunch. Fruity ice dressed up our water & was really easy to make & fun to drink. For the past several weeks whenever we ask Alia about her birthday she’d start yelling “cake!” We made vanilla & chocolate cupcakes, & blueberry muffins for Alia & K.

After nap time Alia had a little birthday visit with her deer friends. And some more presents. She got a collection of princess dresses & each one she opened she’d shout “wear it!” & wanted to put it on immediately.Then dinner, & more cake. Faithy got her a pretend cake, which she loves. She sings (actually shouts) “birthday to you” and blows out the pretend candle.And then she was two.
