Garlic Green Beans

This recipe is so good, & so easy. It works great for an everyday side dish at dinner, but feels fancy enough to compliment holiday meals as well. I love it because I can keep a bag of frozen green beans on hand & make it whenever we need something to go with our chicken or fish or whatever’s for dinner.

  • Green beans – fresh or frozen, “haricots verts” style
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Put green beans in skillet on medium & drizzle with oil. Cover & stir occasionally. Season with minced garlic, salt, & pepper to taste. 

Sauté about 20 minutes total.
